#365f91 ; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-themecolor: accent1; mso-themeshade: 191; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">ومن المعلوم أن الصوم عادة ما يستتبع الشعور بالجوع والعطش، والصوم في حقيقته نوع من الحمية المفيدة، وفيه إراحة للجهاز الهضمي من تكديس الطعام وإدخال الطعام على الطعام الذي هو مضر بالصحة جداً.

#365f91 ; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-themecolor: accent1; mso-themeshade: 191; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">ولكن إنما تتحقق فائدة الصوم الصحية إذا تم الصوم بصورته الصحيحة، أما إذا كان الصائم يأكل الطعام في إفطاره بشراهة حتى لا يكاد يتنفس، ويأكل من بعد الإفطار، ويستمر في تناول الأطعمة والأشربة إلى أن يطلع الفجر، ويأكل كل ما يجده أمامه حتى كأنه يخاف من مجاعة، فإن فائدة الصوم الصحية لا تتحقق، بل ربما يكون في اتباع هذه الطريقة السيئة في الأكل مضار صحية كثيرة، لأن التخمة وملء المعدة بالطعام هي من الأسباب الرئيسة لحصول الأمراض المتعددة. #365f91 ; FONT-SIZE: 16pt; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-themecolor: accent1; mso-themeshade: 191; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">
